Spring Spinach Salad

What You Need:
6 cups washed spinach
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4-1/2 sliced red onion
3 hard cooked eggs, cooled and sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup croutons
French Dressing to taste
Serves: 6-8 people

Have all ingredients prepared ahead.  Just before serving, toss all ingredients, except croutons and dressing, in large salad bowl toss thoroughly.  Add dressing to taste and lightly toss.  Top with croutons.  Serve immediately.  Note:  you can have all ingredients prepared and in separate containers and combine just what you need for several meals.  You may substitute fresh cut strawberries for the tomatoes for a slightly different flavor sensation.
